This site was created for free discussion of issues that arise in Florida's criminal justice system. Although, comment on individual cases of note is encouraged, bashing of individual judges and prosecutors is not. Disparaging judges can constitute a violation of the code of conduct and it will not be tolerated. Bashing individual prosecutors is bad form and bad for business. Criticism of dumb laws, dumb policies and overall griping at the unfair, stacked, deck we have to play with is highly encouraged.

While the rest of the nation waits for the US Supreme Court to determine whether or not ObamaCare holds up, those of us in the Florida criminal court system wait on our Supremes to determine whether or not most of our drug laws are constitutional. I can only guess, with as much time as this [...]
